In this role, you will be responsible for managing and maintaining relationships with key external partners, including clients, vendors, and industry associations. You will be the primary point of contact for these stakeholders, ensuring their needs and expectations are met. You will also be involved in the development and implementation of strategic partnerships, helping to drive business growth and success.

📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

• Manage and maintain relationships with key external partners, including clients, vendors, and industry associations.
• Serve as the primary point of contact for external stakeholders, ensuring their needs and expectations are met.
• Develop and implement strategic partnerships to drive business growth and success.
• Coordinate with internal teams to ensure seamless communication and collaboration with external partners.
• Monitor and analyze external market trends and developments, providing insights and recommendations to the HR team.
• Assist in the development and implementation of HR policies and procedures related to external relations.
• Attend industry events, conferences, and networking opportunities to build and strengthen relationships.
• Provide exceptional customer service to external stakeholders, ensuring their satisfaction and loyalty.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

• Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
• Minimum of 5 years of experience in HR external relations or a similar role.
• Proficient in using HR management software, such as Workday, BambooHR, or SAP SuccessFactors.
• Strong understanding of HR laws and regulations in Indonesia.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build and maintain strong relationships.
• Proactive and results-driven, with the ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Fluent in both English and Indonesian, with excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Ability to travel and work in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
