📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

• Oversee the installation, maintenance, and repair of electrical and power distribution systems.
• Ensure compliance with industry regulations and company safety standards.
• Lead a team of engineers and technicians in the execution of projects.
• Conduct regular inspections and audits to identify areas for improvement.
• Develop and implement strategies to enhance the efficiency and reliability of electrical systems.
• Collaborate with other departments to ensure seamless integration of electrical systems with mining and energy operations.
• Provide technical guidance and mentorship to junior staff.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

• Bachelor's degree in Electrical Engineering or related field.
• Minimum of 10 years of experience in electrical and power distribution.
• Certification in electrical systems, such as NECA, IAEI, or other relevant certifications.
• Strong knowledge of industry regulations and safety standards.
• Experience with electrical software tools such as AutoCAD, ETAP, or similar.
• Proven track record of successful project management.
• Excellent leadership and communication skills.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced, high-pressure environment.
