📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

• Visit client locations to understand their financial needs and provide tailored solutions.
• Maintain strong client relationships to ensure satisfaction and loyalty.
• Drive sales growth by promoting and selling BCA Finance products and services.
• Ensure timely payments and follow up on outstanding invoices.
• Provide excellent customer service and resolve any issues that may arise.
• Collaborate with the sales and marketing teams to achieve company goals.
• Attend trade shows and networking events to build relationships with potential clients.
• Provide regular reports to the management team on client interactions and sales performance.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

• Minimum of 3 years of experience in sales or account management, preferably in the financial services industry.
• Proven track record of achieving sales targets and building strong client relationships.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Strong problem-solving and negotiation abilities.
• Proficiency in using Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word, PowerPoint).
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Valid driver's license and reliable transportation.
• Fluency in Bahasa Indonesia and English.
