In this role, you'll be the go-to expert for all things health and wellness, providing personalized advice and recommendations to our diverse clientele in Canggu, Ubud, Denpasar, Jimbaran, Nusa Dua, Kuta, and Badung.

As a Health & Wellness Advisor, you'll have the chance to work with a wide range of products, from vitamins and supplements to fitness equipment and skincare solutions. You'll be responsible for educating customers on the benefits of these products and helping them make informed decisions about their health.

📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

• Provide expert advice and recommendations on health, wellness, and self-care products to customers.
• Educate customers on the benefits and proper use of vitamins, supplements, fitness equipment, and skincare solutions.
• Assist customers in selecting the right products based on their individual needs and health goals.
• Promote Watsons' health and wellness products and services through in-store displays, demonstrations, and customer interactions.
• Stay up-to-date with the latest trends and developments in the health and wellness industry.
• Collaborate with the store manager and team to ensure a positive and productive work environment.
• Achieve and exceed sales targets by driving customer engagement and satisfaction.
• Provide excellent customer service and build strong relationships with customers.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

• Bachelor's degree in Health Sciences, Nutrition, or a related field.
• Minimum of 2 years of experience in health, wellness, or retail, preferably in a customer-facing role.
• Strong knowledge of health and wellness products, including vitamins, supplements, fitness equipment, and skincare solutions.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to educate and engage customers.
• Proficient in using point-of-sale (POS) systems and other retail software.
• Ability to work well under pressure and meet sales targets.
• Fluency in both English and Bahasa Indonesia.
• Passion for health, wellness, and self-care.
