📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

• Perform routine maintenance and repairs on mechanical, electrical, and plumbing systems.
• Conduct regular inspections of facilities and equipment to identify potential issues.
• Coordinate with vendors for necessary repairs and replacements.
• Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations.
• Maintain detailed records of maintenance activities and inspections.
• Work with state-of-the-art tools and software such as AutoCAD and BIM 360.
• Participate in emergency response and crisis management activities.
• Provide technical support and guidance to other team members.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

• At least 3 years of experience as a Building Maintenance Technician or similar role.
• Proven track record of maintaining and repairing facilities and equipment.
• Familiarity with mechanical, electrical, and plumbing systems.
• Knowledge of health and safety regulations.
• Proficiency in using AutoCAD and BIM 360.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced and dynamic environment.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Valid driver's license and ability to drive company vehicles.
