📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan
- Perform routine maintenance and repairs on injection molding machines to ensure optimal performance and longevity.
- Troubleshoot and diagnose machine issues, and implement corrective actions to prevent downtime.
- Conduct preventive maintenance schedules and document all maintenance activities.
- Work with the production team to ensure that machines are ready for production runs.
- Monitor machine performance metrics and report any anomalies to the maintenance supervisor.
- Participate in continuous improvement initiatives to enhance machine efficiency and productivity.
- Ensure compliance with safety regulations and maintain a safe working environment.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to address any issues affecting machine performance.
🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat
- Minimum 3 years of experience in maintenance and repair of injection molding machines.
- Proven track record of maintaining and repairing injection molding machines.
- Familiarity with injection molding machine brands such as Arburg, Bosch Rexroth, or Ferromatik.
- Knowledge of PLC programming and troubleshooting.
- Ability to read and interpret technical drawings and schematics.
- Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
- Good communication and teamwork skills.
- Valid certifications in injection molding maintenance or related fields are a plus.
