Fast Hub Jaya is looking for a dedicated and experienced Store Manager to oversee the daily operations of our store in Mempawah, Kalimantan Barat. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in retail management and a passion for driving sales and customer satisfaction. 📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Oversee the daily operations of the store, ensuring smooth and efficient functioning.,Manage a team of employees, providing guidance and support to achieve sales targets.,Implement and maintain effective inventory management systems.,Develop and execute marketing strategies to attract and retain customers.,Ensure compliance with company policies and procedures.,Monitor store performance and make data-driven decisions to improve sales and profitability.,Handle customer complaints and resolve issues in a timely and professional manner.,Conduct regular store audits to identify areas for improvement.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Retail Management, or a related field.,Minimum of 3 years of experience in retail management or a similar role.,Strong leadership and management skills with the ability to motivate and inspire a team.,Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.,Proficient in using Microsoft Office Suite.,Knowledge of retail operations, sales, and customer service is a plus.,Familiarity with inventory management systems is a plus.,Ability to work well under pressure and meet tight deadlines.
