📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Develop and implement sales strategies to achieve quarterly and annual targets.,Build and maintain strong relationships with existing and potential clients.,Identify and pursue new business opportunities through cold calling, email campaigns, and networking.,Conduct market research and analysis to identify trends and opportunities.,Manage the entire sales process, from lead generation to closing deals.,Provide excellent customer service and support to clients post-sale.,Collaborate with the marketing team to promote our products and services.,Stay up-to-date with industry trends and best practices in sales and CRM.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field.,Minimum of 5 years of experience in sales, with a focus on SaaS and CRM solutions.,Proven track record of meeting and exceeding sales targets.,Strong understanding of CRM platforms and sales processes.,Excellent communication and negotiation skills.,Ability to work independently and manage multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment.,Fluency in English is required; Indonesian language skills are a plus.,Experience with remote work and collaboration tools is a plus.
