In this role, you will be responsible for designing, developing, and implementing learning and development programs to enhance employee skills and performance. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in learning and development, excellent communication skills, and a passion for helping others grow and succeed.

📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Design and develop learning and development programs tailored to the needs of the organization and its employees,Create and deliver training materials, including e-learning modules, workshops, and seminars,Conduct needs assessments to identify training and development opportunities,Monitor and evaluate the effectiveness of learning and development programs,Collaborate with department heads and managers to ensure alignment between training programs and business objectives,Stay up-to-date with industry trends and best practices in learning and development

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Education, Psychology, Human Resources, or a related field,Minimum of 5 years of experience in learning and development, with a focus on employee training and development,Strong knowledge of learning theories and instructional design principles,Excellent communication and presentation skills,Ability to work independently and as part of a team,Proficient in using learning management systems (LMS) and other relevant software tools
