📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Key Responsibilities:

• Manage and process payroll for J&T Express employees in Indonesia, ensuring accuracy and compliance with local and international regulations.
• Coordinate with HR and finance teams to ensure timely and accurate payroll processing.
• Maintain and update payroll records and databases using SAP or similar payroll software.
• Prepare and distribute payroll reports, including tax forms and other required documents.
• Handle inquiries and resolve payroll-related issues for employees, ensuring a high level of customer service.
• Stay updated with changes in tax laws and regulations, and ensure compliance with these requirements.
• Participate in training and development programs to enhance your payroll management skills.
• Collaborate with the Mandarin-speaking team to ensure effective communication and smooth payroll operations.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Kualifikasi & Syarat:

• Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field.
• Minimum of 3 years of experience in payroll processing, preferably in a logistics or similar industry.
• Fluency in Mandarin and English, both written and spoken.
• Strong knowledge of Indonesian tax laws and regulations.
• Proficiency in using payroll software such as SAP, Oracle, or similar.
• Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.
