📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

• Provide exceptional customer service to clients, ensuring their shopping experience is memorable and satisfying.
• Assist in the merchandising and presentation of luxury fashion products, ensuring a visually appealing and organized display.
• Conduct regular inventory checks and maintain accurate records of stock levels.
• Assist in the organization and execution of sales promotions, events, and pop-up shops.
• Collaborate with the retail team to ensure smooth store operations and a positive shopping environment.
• Stay up-to-date with the latest trends in luxury fashion and provide valuable insights to the team.
• Assist in the training and development of junior staff members.
• Contribute to the overall success of the boutique by actively participating in sales targets and goals.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

• Minimum of 2 years of experience in a retail or sales environment, preferably in the luxury fashion industry.
• Strong knowledge of luxury fashion brands, including Maison Margiela and Jil Sander, is a plus.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to engage with a diverse range of clients.
• Proficiency in English, both written and spoken, is essential.
• Familiarity with point-of-sale (POS) systems and retail management software is a plus.
