📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

• Provide Level 1 technical support for IT applications, including troubleshooting and resolving issues.
• Maintain and optimize IT applications to ensure high performance and reliability.
• Collaborate with development teams to implement new features and improvements.
• Conduct regular application reviews and provide recommendations for enhancements.
• Monitor application performance and generate reports for management.
• Assist in the development and implementation of new IT applications.
• Provide training and documentation to end-users and support staff.
• Stay updated with the latest trends and technologies in IT applications.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

• Bachelor's degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, or a related field.
• 2-4 years of experience in IT application support or a similar role.
• Proficient in using IT support tools such as ServiceNow, BMC Remedy, or similar.
• Strong knowledge of ITIL framework and best practices.
• Excellent communication and problem-solving skills.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Familiarity with SQL and scripting languages such as Python or PowerShell.
• Certification in ITIL or a related field is a plus.
