Up Express Lestari is looking for a dedicated and professional Waiter to join our team. As a Waiter, you will be responsible for providing excellent customer service, ensuring a pleasant dining experience for our guests. This is a hybrid position, combining in-store and online responsibilities. The ideal candidate should be able to work both independently and as part of a team.

📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Greet customers and provide excellent service at the dining area.,Take and process customer orders accurately and efficiently.,Ensure food and beverages are served promptly and to the satisfaction of the customers.,Maintain a clean and organized dining area.,Handle customer complaints and concerns professionally and discreetly.,Work with the kitchen staff to ensure timely and accurate food preparation.,Assist in stock management and inventory control.,Perform other duties as assigned by the manager.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

High school diploma or equivalent experience.,Minimum 1 year of experience as a Waiter or similar role in the food service industry.,Good communication and interpersonal skills.,Ability to work well under pressure and in a fast-paced environment.,Strong attention to detail and accuracy.,Familiarity with basic food and beverage terminology.,Ability to lift and carry heavy objects up to 20 kg.,Valid food handling certificate (if applicable).
