📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Manage daily store operations to ensure smooth and efficient service delivery.,Oversee inventory control and stock management to maintain optimal product availability.,Develop and implement marketing strategies to boost sales and customer engagement.,Train and mentor store staff to enhance performance and productivity.,Monitor sales performance and provide regular reports to the management team.,Ensure compliance with company policies and procedures.,Handle customer complaints and resolve issues to maintain high customer satisfaction.,Participate in store audits and quality checks to ensure standards are met.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Retail Management, or a related field.,Minimum of 3 years of experience in retail management or a similar role.,Strong leadership and team management skills.,Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.,Proficiency in using retail management software and tools.,Knowledge of sales and marketing principles.,Ability to work in a fast-paced and dynamic environment.,Familiarity with hybrid work models and remote management tasks.
