📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Assist in the recruitment process, including job postings, screening candidates, and scheduling interviews.,Maintain employee records and ensure compliance with company policies and regulations.,Support the HR team in organizing and conducting employee training and development programs.,Assist in the onboarding and offboarding processes for new and departing employees.,Handle employee inquiries and provide information on HR policies and procedures.,Support the HR team in managing employee relations and addressing any concerns or issues that may arise.,Assist in the preparation of HR reports and other administrative tasks as needed.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.,Minimum of 1 year of experience in a similar HR role.,Strong knowledge of Indonesian labor laws and regulations.,Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.,Proficiency in using HR software and tools.,Ability to work well in a team and manage multiple tasks simultaneously.,Fluency in both written and spoken Indonesian is a must.
