📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Manage recruitment processes, including job postings, interviews, and onboarding.,Administer employee benefits and ensure compliance with company policies.,Conduct performance evaluations and provide feedback to employees.,Maintain accurate and up-to-date employee records.,Handle employee relations and resolve conflicts.,Assist in the development and implementation of HR strategies.,Support the company's growth by attracting and retaining top talent.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field.,Minimum of 2 years of experience in HR Generalist or similar role.,Strong knowledge of HR laws and regulations in Indonesia.,Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.,Proficiency in English, both written and spoken.,Familiarity with HR software and tools is a plus.,Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
