Depot Yoga Bakery is looking for a dedicated HR Generalist to join our team in Duren Sawit. As an HR Generalist, you will play a crucial role in managing our human resources, ensuring compliance with labor laws, and fostering a positive work environment. This is an urgent position, so we need someone who can start immediately.

📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Manage recruitment and selection processes, including job postings, interviews, and onboarding.,Maintain employee records and ensure compliance with labor laws and company policies.,Coordinate employee training and development programs.,Handle employee relations, including disciplinary actions and grievance resolution.,Assist in the implementation of HR policies and procedures.,Conduct performance appraisals and provide feedback to employees.,Manage leave and attendance records.,Support the HR team in any other tasks as needed.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.,Minimum of 2 years of experience in HR Generalist or a similar role.,Strong knowledge of Indonesian labor laws and regulations.,Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.,Proficiency in using HR software and tools.,Ability to work well under pressure and meet deadlines.,Familiarity with HR best practices and trends.,Good organizational and problem-solving skills.
