Hub Easy Corporindo is seeking a Fleet Coordinator to manage and coordinate our fleet of vehicles. The ideal candidate will have a strong understanding of fleet management and a passion for ensuring our vehicles are well-maintained and efficient. This role is crucial in supporting our operational needs and ensuring smooth business operations.

📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Manage and coordinate the company's fleet of vehicles, ensuring they are well-maintained and efficient.,Oversee vehicle scheduling, ensuring vehicles are available when needed and returned on time.,Monitor vehicle performance and maintenance schedules, ordering parts and services as needed.,Ensure compliance with all safety regulations and company policies.,Coordinate with drivers and other departments to ensure smooth fleet operations.,Maintain accurate records of vehicle usage, maintenance, and performance.,Handle vehicle insurance and registration renewals.,Provide support and guidance to drivers and other staff regarding vehicle usage and maintenance.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Transportation, Logistics, or a related field.,Minimum of 3 years of experience in fleet management or a similar role.,Strong understanding of fleet management software and systems.,Excellent organizational and time management skills.,Strong communication and interpersonal skills.,Ability to work well under pressure and meet deadlines.,Knowledge of safety regulations and best practices.,Valid driver's license and experience driving various types of vehicles.
