📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Tanggung Jawab:

Manage and optimize ecommerce operations to ensure smooth and efficient business processes.

Coordinate with cross-functional teams to ensure timely delivery of products and services.

Monitor and analyze sales data to identify trends and opportunities for growth.

Develop and implement strategies to improve customer satisfaction and loyalty.

Ensure compliance with ecommerce standards and regulations.

Provide regular reports and updates to management on ecommerce performance.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Kualifikasi:

Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or related field.

Minimum of 2 years of experience in ecommerce or related roles.

Strong understanding of ecommerce platforms and tools.

Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

Proficient in using Microsoft Office and Google Workspace.

Detail-oriented and able to work under pressure.
