📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Develop and deliver training programs to employees,Create and maintain training materials and resources,Conduct assessments and evaluations to measure the effectiveness of training programs,Collaborate with the Learning and Development team to design and implement learning initiatives,Provide support and guidance to employees in their professional development,Stay updated with the latest trends and best practices in learning and development,Assist in the planning and execution of learning events and workshops,Maintain accurate records of training programs and participant feedback

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Education, Psychology, Human Resources, or a related field,Minimum of 2 years of experience in learning and development or a similar role,Strong knowledge of learning theories and instructional design principles,Excellent communication and presentation skills,Ability to work independently and as part of a team,Proficiency in using Microsoft Office and other learning management systems,Familiarity with e-learning platforms and tools,Strong organizational and time management skills
