📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Manage and control inventory levels to ensure optimal stock availability.,Monitor stock levels, reordering, and restocking as needed.,Ensure all inventory is accurately recorded and reported.,Maintain a clean and organized storage area.,Collaborate with the kitchen staff to ensure timely delivery of ingredients.,Implement and maintain food safety protocols and procedures.,Conduct regular inventory audits to ensure accuracy.,Assist in the preparation of daily and weekly inventory reports.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Minimum 1 year of experience in a similar role, preferably in the food and beverage industry.,Knowledge of inventory management software and systems.,Strong organizational and time management skills.,Ability to work well under pressure and meet tight deadlines.,Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.,Familiarity with food safety regulations and standards.,Willingness to work flexible hours, including evenings and weekends.,High school diploma or equivalent, with additional certifications in inventory management or food safety a plus.
