📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Oversee the daily operations of the fleet, ensuring all vehicles are maintained and serviced according to schedule.,Coordinate with drivers, mechanics, and other stakeholders to resolve any issues related to the fleet.,Monitor fuel consumption and vehicle performance, implementing measures to improve efficiency.,Ensure all vehicles are compliant with local and national regulations.,Manage and maintain fleet records, including vehicle history, maintenance logs, and insurance documents.,Develop and implement strategies to reduce fleet costs and improve overall performance.,Provide training and support to new drivers and staff on fleet policies and procedures.,Conduct regular safety inspections and audits to ensure the fleet meets safety standards.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Transportation, Logistics, or a related field.,Minimum of 5 years of experience in fleet coordination or a similar role.,Strong knowledge of fleet management software and systems.,Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.,Ability to manage multiple tasks and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.,Familiarity with local and national transportation regulations.,Proven track record of improving fleet efficiency and reducing costs.,Valid driver's license and a clean driving record.
