📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan
- Manage and secure land assets through acquisitions, leases, and sales.
- Ensure compliance with local and national land laws and regulations.
- Conduct due diligence on land transactions to mitigate risks.
- Prepare and review legal documents such as contracts, deeds, and permits.
- Coordinate with legal and environmental teams to address land-related issues.
- Monitor land use and zoning changes to ensure compliance.
- Provide expert advice on land development and environmental impact assessments.
- Maintain accurate records of land transactions and ownership.
🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat
- Bachelor's degree in Law, Land Management, or a related field.
- Minimum of 5 years of experience in land management or legal compliance.
- Strong understanding of Indonesian land laws and regulations.
- Proficiency in using legal and land management software such as DocuSign, Landstar, or similar.
- Excellent communication and negotiation skills.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Fluency in English and Bahasa Indonesia.
