Bidang Adi Medical Center is seeking a dynamic and experienced Section Head to join our team. 📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Lead and manage a team of healthcare professionals, providing guidance and support to ensure high-quality patient care.,Oversee the daily operations of the medical section, including scheduling, patient flow, and resource management.,Collaborate with other departments to ensure seamless integration and coordination of medical services.,Monitor and evaluate the performance of the team, providing feedback and implementing improvement strategies.,Ensure compliance with all relevant regulations, policies, and procedures related to healthcare services.,Participate in staff development and training programs to enhance the skills and capabilities of the team.,Represent the organization in professional settings, both internally and externally, as needed.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in a relevant healthcare field (e.g., Nursing, Medicine, Public Health).,Minimum of 5 years of experience in a leadership role within the healthcare industry.,Strong knowledge of healthcare regulations, policies, and best practices.,Excellent communication, interpersonal, and organizational skills.,Ability to work effectively in a team and manage multiple tasks simultaneously.,Proficiency in using relevant healthcare software and technology.,Familiarity with the Indonesian healthcare system and local regulations is a plus.
