Human Resources Officer - Full-Time Role in Bali

In this role, you will be responsible for a wide range of HR tasks, including recruitment, employee relations, and compliance. You will work closely with the management team to understand the company's needs and develop effective HR strategies. Additionally, you will be involved in training and development programs to help employees grow and succeed.

📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

• Assist in the recruitment process, including sourcing, screening, and interviewing candidates.
• Manage employee onboarding and offboarding processes.
• Maintain and update employee records and HR documentation.
• Handle employee relations, including disciplinary actions and grievance resolution.
• Conduct performance appraisals and provide feedback to employees.
• Assist in the development and implementation of HR policies and procedures.
• Coordinate with external stakeholders, such as legal and insurance providers.
• Assist in the planning and execution of HR-related projects and initiatives.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

• Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
• Minimum of 2-3 years of experience in HR, preferably in a similar role.
• Strong knowledge of Indonesian labor laws and regulations.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Proficiency in using HR software, such as BambooHR or Workday.
• Ability to work well under pressure and meet deadlines.
• Fluency in English and Bahasa Indonesia.
• Previous experience working in a multinational or international company is a plus.
