📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Install, configure, and maintain IT hardware and software.,Monitor and maintain network and server performance.,Provide technical support to employees, including troubleshooting and resolving issues.,Manage user accounts and access permissions.,Backup and restore data as needed.,Stay up-to-date with the latest IT trends and technologies.,Assist in the implementation of new IT systems and upgrades.,Document IT processes and procedures.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.,Minimum of 2 years of experience in a similar role.,Familiarity with Windows Server, Linux, and network protocols.,Knowledge of IT security best practices.,Experience with virtualization technologies (e.g., VMware, Hyper-V).,Strong problem-solving and analytical skills.,Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.,Ability to work in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
