📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

• Provide technical support and troubleshooting for battery systems to ensure optimal performance and reliability.
• Perform routine maintenance and inspections on battery systems to prevent potential issues and extend product lifespan.
• Conduct diagnostics and repairs on battery systems, using specialized tools and equipment such as multimeters, oscilloscopes, and battery analyzers.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to address customer concerns and implement effective solutions.
• Monitor and analyze battery system performance data to identify trends and areas for improvement.
• Develop and maintain comprehensive technical documentation, including repair manuals and troubleshooting guides.
• Stay up-to-date with the latest industry trends, technologies, and best practices in battery systems.
• Train and mentor junior technical staff to ensure the continued growth and development of our team.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

• Bachelor's degree in Electrical Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, or a related technical field.
• Minimum of 5 years of experience in battery system maintenance, repair, and troubleshooting.
• Proven expertise in battery technologies, including lithium-ion, lead-acid, and nickel-based batteries.
• Strong understanding of battery management systems (BMS) and their integration with other electrical systems.
• Proficiency in using specialized tools and equipment for battery system diagnostics and repairs.
• Excellent problem-solving skills and the ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to effectively interact with customers and internal teams.
• Certifications in battery system maintenance and repair, such as those offered by the Battery Council International (BCI) or the International Battery Testing Association (IBTA), are a plus.
